We are looking for a Trusts & Foundations Manager to deliver our fundraising plan and increase income, primarily from trusts and foundations, by writing compelling proposals to existing and new donors and building long-term relationships with our supporters.
Salary: £36,000-£38,000 per annum (pro-rata 0.8 FTE actual £28,800-£30,400 per annum)
Hours of work: 30 hours per week
Flexible working: Flexible days/hours. This role can be undertaken on a hybrid office
and home working/remote basis
Contract: Permanent
Location: An idyllic Essex countryside location at Unit 11, Old Park Farm, Main Road, Ford End, Essex, CM3 1LN

The Role
We are looking for a passionate fundraiser with experience of successfully cultivating and managing relationships with trusts and foundations.
You will nurture and steward donors and prospects, managing a portfolio of high-value donors. You possess a talent for recognising opportunities to develop and grow their support, as well as skill in identifying, qualifying, and prioritising potential funding opportunities that align with Dementia Adventure’s strategy and mission.
