The Chiltern 50 is a looped route that starts and finishes at Henley Basecamp, offering a mix of rolling hills, nature reserves, and historic trails. With distance options for all abilities, this is a perfect day out with a purpose, helping support people living with dementia.

When is the Chiltern 50 Challenge?

Where does the route go?
It’s a circular route through the Chiltern Hills, starting and finishing at Henley Basecamp.

Can I camp the night before?
Yes, camping packages and pitch-your-own options are available (cost to be covered by the participant), with access to showers and food.

Do I need to be very fit?
Not at all. With 10km, 25km, and 50km options, there’s something for everyone. You can walk, jog or run at your own pace.

Is it suitable for teams?
Yes! It’s a great choice for individuals, friends, or workplace groups, and we can support joint fundraising as well.

What is Trailblazerz®?
Trailblazerz is an optional category for those looking to complete the route at pace, ideal for runners or goal-focused participants.
