Take on a one-day challenge through the stunning Chiltern Hills, just an hour from London.
The Chiltern 50 is a looped route that starts and finishes at Henley Basecamp, offering a mix of rolling hills, nature reserves, and historic trails. With distance options for all abilities, this is a perfect day out with a purpose, helping support people living with dementia.
What’s included:
- Choice of distances: 10km, 25km or 50km
- Fully supported route with regular rest stops
- Hot and cold food, drinks, and medical support
- Parking and camping are available at basecamp (Cost to be covered by the participant)

Fundraising & Fees
By taking part in the Chiltern 50 Challenge for Dementia Adventure, you’ll be helping us deliver supported holidays, outdoor activities, and training for families affected by dementia. As a small charity, your fundraising really counts.
To join, you’ll be asked to commit to a fundraising target that covers your place and supports our work:
- Registration fees range from £15 to £50
- Fundraising targets range from £150 to £575, depending on the challenge and distance you choose
