The Thames Path Challenge is one of the most popular Ultra Challenges in the UK, offering a scenic and varied route along England’s most famous river.
Starting at Putney Bridge in London, the 100km route follows the Thames towpath to Henley, passing through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor.
Whether you’re walking, jogging or running, solo or with friends, this is a memorable and rewarding way to challenge yourself and support a good cause.

Fundraising & Fees
As a small charity, our challenge event fundraisers make a big difference. By taking part in the Thames Path Challenge for Dementia Adventure, you’ll be helping us fund supported holidays, inclusive outdoor experiences, and training for family carers.
To join the challenge, you’ll need to commit to a fundraising pledge that covers your place and supports our work:
