Coronavirus Update March 2021

We are continuing to follow Government guidance on overnight travel and household mixing.

Supported Holidays

Under current guidelines, as of May 2021, we will offer supported dementia holidays, but they will look different to previous years in order to keep our holidaymakers safe. 

This year we are:

• Limiting group numbers to only two or four people at a time. 
• Limiting the number of holidays for each family to one per year. This is because we are taking smaller groups away and want to facilitate as many people getting a holiday as possible.
• Increasing prices to cover the extra cleaning, staffing and accommodation requirements. 
• Asking everyone who books to be fully vaccinated, with both doses, at least 21 days before they travel. 

Out & About

Following the Government’s roadmap out of lockdown, we’ll be organising local outings for people with dementia and their partners, family, friends or carers from April.
