Thanks to your support, Dementia Adventure has received £4,359,135 in funding through Postcode Care Trust. This generous funding is helping us to support more people living with dementia and their carers to get outdoors, connect with nature and enjoy the many physical, emotional and social benefits that spending time outside can bring.
From supported holidays and Green Letter Days to dementia training and practical resources, this funding enables us to continue creating opportunities for people living with dementia and their companions to experience adventure, build confidence and make lasting memories together.
