Game, Set, Match: Dementia-Inclusive Tennis

Serving Fun, Friendship and Confidence

Dementia Adventure is excited to offer a variety of dementia-inclusive tennis experiences, designed to bring the joy of tennis to people living with dementia and their carers. Whether you’re a lifelong fan of the sport or trying something new, our events are all about fun, connection, and confidence.

Watch, Explore, Enjoy

Some of our events will give participants the chance to:

  • Attend live tennis matches and soak up the atmosphere
  • Take guided tours of tennis venues
  • Learn about the history and culture of the sport

These experiences are fully supported, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable day out, whether you’re a spectator or just discovering the sport.

Play and Participate

Other events take place at local tennis clubs, where we provide:

  • Supported tennis sessions suitable for all abilities
  • Dementia-trained staff and volunteers to guide play
  • Adapted equipment and flexible rules to make participation easy and fun

Our goal is simple: to help people living with dementia stay active, social, and engaged, while carers can relax knowing that support is always on hand.

Whether you’re watching from the stands or taking part on the court, our dementia-inclusive tennis events are all about shared experiences, fresh air, and a love of the game.
