The Forest of Dean Cycle Centre offers gentle, well-maintained trails suitable for a range of abilities, along with adapted bikes to ensure everyone can take part. These sessions focus on staying active, enjoying nature, and creating meaningful moments together, helping support wellbeing, confidence, and connection for people living with dementia.

Thanks to the generosity of Dementia Adventure supporters and fundraisers, we are able to offer these dementia-friendly outdoor experiences, giving people living with dementia and their carers the chance to enjoy cycling in beautiful surroundings.
