  • Introducing Our 2025 Supported Holidays: Rediscover the Joy of Travel with Dementia Adventure

A dementia diagnosis shouldn’t mean an end to holidays or the chance to explore new places. At Dementia Adventure, we believe that with the right support—whether practical, emotional, or financial—getting away remains possible and meaningful.

For 2025, we’re launching a new season of supported holidays with an updated pricing model, addressing rising costs while keeping our holidays accessible for people living with dementia and their carers.

Why We’ve Updated Our Pricing

Demand for our supported holidays is growing, but funding from charitable sources has become increasingly competitive. To ensure the sustainability of our holidays, we’ve introduced a new pricing model for 2025.

  • Full Cost Option: For those who can afford it, we now offer holidays at full cost. This allows us to cover a greater portion of delivery costs without relying solely on charitable funding.
  • Financial Assistance: Charitable funding and donations enable us to provide financial support for those in need, ensuring that no one is turned away from a much-needed break.

This balanced approach allows us to continue offering high-quality, supportive holidays while keeping them accessible to everyone who needs them.

What Makes Our Supported Holidays Special?

Our holidays provide more than just a break; they offer peace of mind, joy, and connection:

  • 24-hour dementia-trained support: Personalised support ensures that each participant can enjoy safe, engaging activities.
  • Thoughtfully chosen accommodations and outings: All locations are carefully pre-assessed for accessibility and comfort.
  • Inclusive meals, travel arrangements, and individualised planning: All logistics are handled, allowing everyone to fully relax.
  • Personal photobooks: Each participant receives a keepsake to remember their journey.

Financial Support and Affordability Options

If the cost of a holiday feels out of reach, our financial assistance framework may help. Additionally, we guide clients through external funding options, such as local authority respite funding and community foundations.

Hear from Our Participants:

“We hadn’t been able to go away together in years, but Dementia Adventure made it possible and worry-free.”

“This holiday was a breath of fresh air—filled with laughter and connection, both with others and with each other.”

Every holiday is an opportunity to reconnect, create new memories, and experience joy. With our 2025 season, Dementia Adventure is here to make those moments possible—because, with the right support, anything is achievable.
