If you’re looking for a muddy physical challenge, Tough Mudder events are a great way to test your endurance, strength and teamwork. These obstacle course events combine running through mud, climbing, crawling, and teamwork obstacles designed to challenge both body and mind.

With 24 events held across the UK each year, this is a great option if you want a serious challenge while raising funds for people living with dementia.

Fundraising & Fees

By taking part in Tough Mudder for Dementia Adventure, you’ll help us fund supported holidays, outdoor experiences, and training for families affected by dementia. As a small charity, we rely on challenge events like this to help us continue our work.

Costs:

Your fundraising helps cover the cost of your place, with the remaining funds going directly to Dementia Adventure. Any fundraising above your target will go straight towards supporting our work.

Training and preparation

Tough Mudder events are more physically demanding than fun runs, so some training is recommended. Many participants prepare by building up their running fitness and including strength or obstacle-style training.

The events are designed around teamwork, so you don’t have to do every obstacle alone.
