Training and preparation
This is an endurance challenge, but it is achievable with preparation. Discover Adventure provide:
- Training guidance and preparation advice
- Suggested cycling plans
- Pre-event briefings
- On-event support, including mechanics and medics
Many participants are not experienced long-distance cyclists when they sign up — the key is giving yourself time to train.
