Great South Run

Take on one of the UK’s best-loved running events and support people living with dementia

The Great South Run is a popular 10-mile race along the seafront in Portsmouth, known for its atmosphere, coastal views and strong local support. Starting in Southsea, the route combines a memorable race-day experience with music, cheering crowds and a finish-line celebration by the sea.
