Fundraising & Fees

By taking part in the Amsterdam Marathon for Dementia Adventure, you’ll help us fund supported holidays, outdoor experiences, and training for families affected by dementia. As a small charity, we rely on our runners to help us continue this work.

Costs:

Your fundraising helps cover the cost of your place, with the remaining funds going directly to Dementia Adventure. Any fundraising above your target supports our work in full.

Training and preparation

Running a marathon requires preparation, but with a training plan and consistency, it is very achievable. Many runners begin training 4 to 6 months before race day.

Whether your goal is simply to finish or to achieve a personal best, steady preparation is the best way to ensure you enjoy the experience.
